    Internal Audit Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Collecting, preparing, and organizing physical and digital documentation for auditing processes.
    • Identifying key areas and issues for further investigation and analysis.
    • Assessing core business competencies and valuations.
    • Verifying documents, figures, and account details for auditing.
    • Compiling and presenting findings in written and verbal forms to the Head of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Manager
    • Recommending and advising on subsequent actions and processes to be undertaken by the company
    • Perform internal audit function on financial records and operational activities
    • Investigate discrepancies discovered during auditing process
    • Recommending new methods to improve internal control over financial reporting and operating efficiency
    • Support in the development of auditing program to address risks and evaluate regulatory requirement
    • Contribute to the safeguarding of corporate assets
    • Support the adequacy of internal control and recommends areas of improvement in internal control and audit functions.
    • Generate adequate reports weekly and monthly.
    • Assist with the development and delivery of audit and control policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices while developing/suggesting new and efficient operational procedures.
