Industrial Project Manager at Nutri K Limited

Contract Duration: 2 Years.

OVERAL MISSION

General objective 

The Industrial Project Manager oversees, plans, and executes industrial construction and manufacturing projects from inception to completion. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.

RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS

1. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
2. Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures.
4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and local regulations.
5. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
6. Facilitate communication between clients, team members, and senior management to ensure project alignment.
7. Oversee procurement, contracting, and vendor management.
8. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety.
9. Prepare and present progress reports, project documentation, and post-completion reviews.
10. Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize project delivery.
11. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
12. Final project handover and post-project evaluation.
13. Any other duties assigned by line manager.

REQUIERED SKILLS

1. Language skills – English.
2. Education degree – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3. Work experience – Proven experience 10+ years in food manufacturing industries projects management or construction management. Certification in project management (PMP, PgMP, etc.)
4. Computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook

Other required skills:

1. Proven experience 10+ years in food manufacturing industries projects management or construction management.
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
3. Familiarity with industrial processes, manufacturing systems, or construction processes.
4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
6. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
7. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
8. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
