In-House Producer at Rocksteady Productions

• Rocksteady Productions is seeking a talented and driven producer to bring our creative projects to life from concept development through to final production.
• As part of our creative team, you will oversee the production process, ensuring our stories are told with impact and professionalism.

Your role will include:

• Managing production schedules and coordinating between creative, technical, and post-production teams.
• Overseeing the execution of both short and long video projects from start to finish.
• Collaborating closely with writers, directors, and other creatives to develop original ideas.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Problem-solving and adapting plans quickly to meet creative and logistical needs.
• Anticipating and solving problems before they disrupt the production process

We would love to work with you if you:

• Have proven experience in video or media production (portfolio or project list required).
• Understand the full production lifecycle, from pre-production planning through to post-production.
• Are highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Have strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams.
• Are passionate about storytelling and deeply familiar with Nigerian pop culture and audiences.
• Are Lagos-based and able to commute to the office and shoot locations as needed.
