Implementation Technician at The Concept Group

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out all hardware installations according to standard operating procedures and engineering best practices
• Carry out health checks and troubleshooting of faulty units in client’s vehicles
• Resolve all tracker-related issues
• Any tracker related problems are solved in good time.
• Documentation of installation procedures and installation details.
• Provision of vehicle installation details to Recovery/Control post-deployment
• Provide necessary support to R&D during field tests and set-ups

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

HND in Electrical and Electronic/ Mechanical/ Electromechanical/ Instrumentation & Control

Engineering

• Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic circuits in vehicles
• Knowledge of electronic sensors, microcontroller and microprocessor-based designs
• Experience working with mechanical or electrical systems
• Ability to carry out installations that conform with engineering best practices
• Result-oriented individual
