ICU Nurses at Starcare International Hospital

Job Description:

• Deliver high-level, specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor complex medical equipment and patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, to provide comprehensive critical care.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients' families during critical phases of the patient’s illness and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a current license, with additional certification in Critical Care Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ICU or similar critical care environment.
• High level of proficiency in managing complex patient situations and life-support equipment.
• Strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
