Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
In charge of the company's technology strategy and responsible for advancing it
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department
Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software
Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems
Implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures
Researches and recommends acquisition of network hardware and software
Monitors network utilization and performance, implements procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Lead and work with development teams and product managers to create software solutions
Ensure that the ICT team is fully functional and productive
Build the front-end & back-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Create security and data protection settings
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Write technical documentation
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
Must reside in Abuja.
Must have over 4 years' experience as an IT Manager and a Full-stack developer.
Proficiency in server management, WHM, WHMCS,Cloud computing, Server Management.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Problem solver and critical thinker
Analytical mind and research orientation
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Project and time management skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skill
Understanding of key design principles.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery plus PHP, Laravel and other languages
Understanding of server-side CSS.
Proficiency in back and front-end programming languages.
Knowledge ofREACTtools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, Context API and Flux.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration
