Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, and enthusiastic female NYSC Corps Member to join our ICT team.
• The successful candidate will provide technical support, assist in maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, and contribute to the efficient delivery of ICT services while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other ICT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system, internet, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with software installation, updates, and antivirus management.
• Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
• Perform routine system maintenance and data backup activities.
• Maintain accurate records of ICT assets and inventory.
• Assist in managing email systems, websites, and other digital platforms where required.
• Document technical issues and resolutions.
• Carry out other ICT-related duties as assigned by the ICT Manager.

Requirements

• Must be a female NYSC Corps Member currently serving.
• B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
