Job Description

• Responsible for providing quality customer service while serving ice cream and other snacks. This position may also require tidying up after customers.
• Responsible for providing customers with a variety of flavors of ice cream. They will also be responsible for cleaning and preparing the ice cream station.
• Responsible for the safe and timely service of ice cream and other desserts. They may also be responsible for cleaning the restaurant and serving customers.
• Responsible for providing guests with delicious ice cream in a timely manner. They should also be able to answer any questions guests may have about the ice cream.
• Responsible for serving guests their favorite ice cream items. This may include scooping ice cream and placing it in cones or bowls, topping off cones with toppings, and cleaning the ice cream area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The duty is a fun and rewarding job. Serving people ice cream is an excellent way to make them happy and a memorable experience. Ice cream servers must be quick and efficient in their work to keep the customers happy.
