Duties and Responsibilities

• Stores system repairs. (System not coming up, slow system, hard disk repairs, and change, system not printing, Laptop fixing, system servicing, etc)
• Stores ICG management.
• Core Knowledge of Hardware and Software.
• Stores Loyalty Program Management.
• HQ Server Management, data security, and data protection/backup
• Network Management at stores and HQ
• Assist in Tester management
• Report generation for Management and Line staff
• Effecting approved Sales Promotions by management at stores and HQ
• Price changes and Data Input/Editing
• Stock issues (Investigation & Resolution)
• Resolve ICG issues as affecting other department duties (eg Account/ICG reconciliation)
• Printer Management
• Day to Day data management. Purchasing, Invoicing, Transfers, Price change, etc
• CUG phonecall issues
• Web/Online duties collaboration with an online team. Online/ICG resolution and sales
• Resolving software possible malfunction and Data errors created at stores and HQ or by the software itself
• Sundry duties

Please note that the Head Office is Located at Trade-Fair, Thus proximity to location is a MUST.
