Key Responsibilities
Hydraulic System Design and Optimization:

• Develop and design hydraulic systems based on project requirements.
• Optimize existing hydraulic systems for improved efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate hydraulic components into overall system designs.

Installation and Commissioning:

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of hydraulic systems.
• Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation.

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform routine maintenance on hydraulic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of hydraulic system designs, installations, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports detailing system performance, issues, and recommended improvements.

Training and Support:

• Provide training to maintenance personnel on proper hydraulic system operation and maintenance procedures.
• Offer technical support to internal teams and external partners as needed.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Hydraulic Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of hydraulic modeling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in hydraulic system design and maintenance are desirable.
