Human Resources - Training Coordinator I
- Job Type Part Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Akwa Ibom
- Job Field Human Resources / HR , Oil and Gas, Energy and Mining
Location: Eket, Akwa Ibom

Main Function
- Responsible for coordinating training efforts in close partnership with Trainers, including scheduling, attendance, facilities, and materials. Develops and maintains aids and training materials.
- Maintains updated curriculum database and training records. Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Assesses instructional effectiveness and summarizes evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on worker skills.
- Position will receive direction and support.
Skill and Qualification
- Candidates must have at least 3years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
