Human Resources Support Officer at Khenpro Global Services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Any previous experience in recruiting/hiring, and employee relations would be an added advantage
• Partner and provide day-to-day support and consultation in performance management, retention, and total rewards
• Drive sourcing, recruiting, selection and onboarding; verify that new associates are properly on-boarded and trained to perform their work
• Support managers in implementing HR processes, and procedures, and improving programs to promote retention
• Assist the corporate HR department in conducting associate investigations and identifying resolutions

Other Requirements:

• 2+ years of progressive experience in human resources
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities
• Ability to build and maintain cooperative business partnerships
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.ic
