Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and onboarding
• Manage employee records and HR systems
• Support performance reviews and staff development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws
• Assist with payroll and benefits
• Resolve employee issues professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)etc.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• HR certification is a plus.
