Human Resources Officer at Maurice Xandra Solutions

We are looking for an HR Officer who will be responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, and performance management.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Orientating new employees.
• Monitoring employee performance.
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
• Outstanding presentation and reporting skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Very strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Gender preference for the role is male 

Experience: 2 years
