    Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary

    • As a Human Resources Manager at Sproxil, you will be responsible foroverseeing and managing the organization's human resources functions.
    • This includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, developing and implementing policies, and handling performance management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle the end-to-end recruitment of talents (conducting interviews and assessment) and develop talent management strategies to actualize the overall corporate strategy and aspirations of the company
    • Develop and implement HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline, organization, and transactional justice across the company
    • Maintain and update the human resources information system and personnel records to ensure confidentiality, safe-keeping, accuracy, and reliability of information and records
    • Ensure all performance appraisals are done and closed within the right timeframe
    • Advise on compensation and benefits and other staff related matters, including promotion; administer payroll and maintain staff records;
    • Analyze training needs in conjunction with line managers and ensure staff are trained where required
    • Advise management on instituting employee motivation and relation platforms to engage constantly and motivate employees
    • HMO Management – registration of new staff, premium payment, attending to staff HMO issues
    • Facilitate on-boarding for new staff and off-boarding for exiting staff
    • Conduct Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) based on different industries on our product and services (product and solution).

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a Social Science related discipline
    • A minimum of 5 years HR experiencein a service focused organization.
    • Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM is an added advantage
    • Experience using HR Software and tools
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Great communication skills.
