Job Requirements
- They urgently require the services of a Human Resources Manager with a minimum of 5 years work experience garnered from a supermart or a retail pharmaceutical chain.
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree
- Candidate who must be a graduate should age between 35-40 years max.
- She must be experienced in performance management, setting KPIs and conducting appraisals.
- Candidate must also be versed in training and recruitment procedures, office administration and personnel management.
