    Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our restaurant team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support across all functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for all restaurant staff.
    • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the restaurant industry.
    • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
    • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to food safety and hospitality.
    • Employee Communications: Develop and implement employee communication strategies to promote company culture and values.
    • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including food safety and customer service training.
    • Performance Management: Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
    • Must reside on the island.
