    Human Resources Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Employee Relations: Address staff issues, manage disciplinary actions, promote equality, and advise managers on policies.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll, manage benefits, and conduct salary reviews.
    • Training & Development: Plan and deliver new hire inductions and ongoing training.
    • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, handle contracts, generate reports, and manage HR systems.
    • Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies (working conditions, performance, absence) and ensure adherence to labor laws.
    • Performance Management: Support performance review systems and address underperformance.
    • Recruitment & Onboarding: Write job descriptions, manage applications, conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and ensure right-to-work compliance.
