Qualifications

• Minimum Of a Bachelor'S Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations. Business Administration.
• Management. Psychology, or any related field.
• Professional certification in HR such as CIPM. SHRM, HRCI, or Other recognised HR professional bodies is highly desirable.
• Minimum Of 3 relevant experience in Human Resources Management. p«eterably in a managerial or supervisory position,
• Good knowledge ot Nigerian labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word. Excel. and Outlook.
