    Human Resources Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Support HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
    • Assist with HR admin tasks like data entry, filing, and reporting
    • Coordinate training and development programs
    • Handle employee queries and provide support

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years HR experience
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
    • HR certification (e.g., HRCI, SHRM-CP) preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
