    Human Resource Officer

    Brief update of the position

    • A Human Resource Officer who is committed to the growth of the organization through effective management of personnel and organizational structure in order to achieve the organization’s goal.

    Job Description

    • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment
    • Updating internal databases with new hire information
    • Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
    • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
    • Publish and remove job ads
    • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
    • Develop training and on-boarding material
    • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for).

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
    • Basic knowledge of labour legislation
    • Experience using MS office
    • Organizational skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Exceptional customer service
    • Outstanding problem-solving skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage and handle multiple task
    • Exceptional attention to details.

    • Must be a team player.
