Our client is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing HR policies, procedures, and processes from scratch, as well as providing strategic leadership in company restructuring.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Create and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives, including organizational restructuring and redesign.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure that they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Design and deliver training programs for employees and managers on a range of HR topics, including performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure that confidential information is protected.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
Experience in company restructuring and change management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
