    Human Resource Manager

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience.
    • HR Certification.
    • Understands HR practices in Nigeria.
    • A professional certificate in HRM will be an added advantage.
    • Understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
    • Strong ethics and reliability.
    • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development).
