    Human Resource (HR) Junior Manager / Sr Exec - Construction industry

    The opportunity 

    A fresh opportunity is now available with an established Building Construction Main Contractor in the Klang Valley. 

    The company 
    Our trusted client is a well known brand name in Malaysia and their projects heavily focus on high rise residential and commercial projects.

    The role 

    Our client is looking to strengthen their HR division and are looking to bring in a knowledgeable Sr HR exec / junior HR Manager.  
     
    The duties 

    • Oversee the whole spectrum of HR operations covering recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, budget preparation, talent management & succession planning, payrolls management as well as industrial relations matters.
    • In charge of payroll, compensation & benefits – salary payment, allowance, overtime, statutory payment as required by the law.
    • Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff leave records, and attendance record of all employees in an organized manner.
    • Handle disciplinary issues and responsible to ensure high confidentiality is always maintained.
    • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, interviewing, pre & post-employment background check, orienting and on-boarding.
    • Implementation HR policies and procedures in accordance with Company's rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.

    The skills and experience required 

    • Bachelor Degree in HR Administration, or relevant discipline 
    • Minimum 8 years experience in the construction HR industry
