Human Resource Executive-Female at ASL Contractors

ASL is currently in need of a Human Resources officer who would be responsible for managing every aspect of site staff welfare, staff complaints and grievances on sites, report same to the Human resources Manager for management attention and solutions. She will be the liaison officer and representative of Human resources on site for all information and industrial calmness needed.

Role

• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
• acting as contact points for all site employees and organizational personnel then reporting same back to the HR Manager
• keeping lists of the site workers, noting those for staffing, and taking down general complaints
• facilitating meetings with the HR Manager also encourages cooperation among site workers
• identifying problems in communications among these site workers
