7-8 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or in a similar HR consulting role
Proven experience collaborating with clients to assess their people & process needs as well as providing strategic guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Able to conduct HR audits and assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement while actively contributing to the growth and development of our HR consulting practice.
Able to develop and implement HR strategies and solutions that align with client’s business objectives. Outstanding communication and presentation skills is required.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and exhibit the ability to foster strong client relationships as well as act as a trusted advisor.
