Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding factory workers and support staff.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and labor compliance policies.
• Coordinate training sessions and safety briefings for factory employees.
• Handle employee grievances and escalate issues to senior HR personnel as needed.
• Monitor workforce attendance and support timekeeping and payroll processes.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
• Canteen, sanitation and third party vendors
• Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with labor laws and company policies
• All other activities as required
