    Human Capital Administrator

    Role Overview

    To guide and manage the human capital services, policies, programs at OWPPIN.

    Mission

    To deliver the superior human capital required for OWPPINs consumer products divisional sales to N5B over the next 3 years

    • Strong interpersonal communications skills
    • Organization and detail oriented
    • Results driven
    • Analytical capabilities
    • Open to constructive criticism and other ideas

    Conpetencies (Professional)

    • Over 3+years cognitive HR experince
    • Previous experince in FMCG
    • Superior written and verbal skills
    • Mimimum Bachelors or relevant degree
    • Ability to commit to no less than 45 hours a week
