    HR Tech & Analytics

    Role Description

    • Oversee implementation and roll out of HRIS 

    • Develop HR dashboards, metrics and reports

    • Translate findings into meaningful representation/visualizations to help us deliver data-driven HR solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible.

    • Own & Manage HR Data & Reporting

    • Enhance the employee experience and optimize the businesses’ ability to improve people processes and make more informed talent decisions through tech-enabled solutions. 

    • Improve the assessment, delivery, and support of People systems and tools that support current and future business needs

    Impact - 6 months

    • Creation and ongoing management of HR Dashboard
    • Implementation of  Gamified skill test and psychometric assessment 
    • Implementation of HRIS
    • Implementation of  Tech-enabled Recruitment 
    • Execution of Tech-enabled solutions to enhance employee experience

    KPIs

    • Degree of user engagement on our HR tools

    • Completion of HRIS Implementation per project timelines 

    • Timeliness of HR Reports

    • Degree of report automation

    • Accuracy of HR reports and data

    Qualifications 

    • Degree (First class or 2nd class upper  preferred)

    • 3+ years of experience with HRIS, databases, spreadsheets, queries, and data visualization tools/techniques

    • HR Certification is a plus

    Key Attributes & Skills

    • Understand complexities of HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT processes and how they impact HR systems

    • Excellent communicator using HR data

    • Strong organisational and analytical skills

    • Data Analysis & Modelling

    • Project Management
