What You’ll Do

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
3. Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
4. Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience
5. Drive employer branding initiatives to position Newedge Finance as an employer of choice
6. Track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights
7. Support broader HR initiatives and strategic projects

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong background in HR Management & Talent Acquisition
2. Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
5. Experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies
6. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7. Prior experience in recruitment or a related HR role
