HR Process Specialist at Prime University Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and improve HR processes and workflows.
• Ensure efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR operations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• Support HRIS administration, reporting, and data management.
• Monitor compliance with organisational policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and provide analytical insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Resides in Abuja
