Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and operations management.
• Previous experience in the technology or startup industry is a plus.
