Job Summary

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions, ensuring a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Your role will be pivotal in fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce while maintaining HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
• Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee HR reporting, analytics, and HRIS management.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Experience with HR software and payroll management systems.

Salary

• NGN500,000 – NGN700,000
