    HR Manager

    Job Overview

    • The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department and ensuring the effective execution of HR strategies. This role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, as well as driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
    • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.

    Employee Relations

    • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management on HR-related issues.
    • Address employee grievances and conflicts professionally and confidentially.
    • Implement and uphold company policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

    Performance Management

    • Develop and manage performance appraisal processes, goal-setting, and regular performance reviews.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to help employees meet performance standards and career goals.
    • Assist managers with employee development and succession planning.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy in compensation and benefits distribution.
    • Regularly review and recommend updates to compensation structure to remain competitive.
    • Liaise with benefits providers and manage employee benefit programs.

    Training & Development

    • Identify training needs across the organization and implement appropriate programs.
    • Facilitate workshops and development sessions that promote professional growth.
    • Collaborate with managers to provide skill development and leadership training.

    HR Compliance

    • Ensure the organization’s compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
    • Maintain employee records in line with data protection policies.
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management and regulatory purposes.

    Employee Engagement & Culture

    • Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and build a positive company culture.
    • Organize events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to boost engagement.
    • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improving retention.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
    • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.

    Key Competencies

    • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire the HR team and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
