HR Lead at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion

Job Summary

• We're looking to hire an HR Lead in Awka, Anambra State. This role involves overseeing production activities and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update HR documents, including employee handbooks, policies, job descriptions, and contracts.
• Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, job roles, and payroll details.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting initial training and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Handle general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
• Prepare official correspondence, reports, and documentation as required.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the directors and expatriates.
• Assist in implementing HR software and office technologies to improve efficiency.
• Process and respond to employee requests, including leave applications and inquiries
• regarding HR policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive company information.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.
• Experience managing expatriate processes and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
