Job Summary

• We are seeking for a dynamic professional to join our Team. This role is for a graduate, seeking to horn their skills in the field of Human Resources Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and employee orientation programs
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Participate in organizing HR events and training sessions
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
• Performance Management and other duties and assignments as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND qualifiction in Business Administration or a related field
• Post NYSC Experience
• Strong interest in HR functions and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Candidates may also possess relevant Professional qualifications.
