HR Generalist at Cutix Plc

JOB SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a Mid-level HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across our manufactur- ing workforce. The role will cover recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance man- agement, benefits and payroll support, policy implementation, and compliance with Nigerian labour and statutory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities. Manage onboarding and orientation.
• Administer employee records and HRIS data.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
• Handle employee relations matters. Support performance management.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and proce- dures; ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, HSE requirements, and internal governance standards. Coordinate training, engagement, and welfare initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years' progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law, statutory HR requirements (pension, NHF, NSITF, PAYE), and workplace policies. Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
