HR Executive at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion

We're looking to hire a HR Executive in Awka, Anambra State. The HR Executive should be proactive and organized to support the HR Lead in executing day to day HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff induction
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
• Help prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, policies)
• Monitor staff attendance, leave requests, and disciplinary actions
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate training schedules and employee communications
• Assist with payroll inputs and benefits administration
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR files

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year HR experience
• Familiar with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Discreet, trustworthy, and proactive
