    HR Executive (Food Industry)

    Salary Range: 200,000

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Support and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, particularly within the manufacturing environment.
    • Foster a positive work culture by managing employee engagement and conflict resolution.
    • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
    • Handle disciplinary actions and grievances in a professional and legally compliant manner.
    • Work closely with business heads and line managers to address workforce planning and operational HR needs.
    • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
    • Key Competencies for Success
    • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and factory HR operations.
    • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
    • Adaptability & Flexibility: Capability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Planning & Organizing Skills: Ability to prioritize, execute, and manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
    • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with business heads, line managers, and employees.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    •  3-5 years of experience as a HR personnel with an experience in a Food Industy 
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and compliance regulations.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
