    HR, Compliance & Training Manager

    Role Overview

    The HR, Compliance & Training Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, compliance systems, and staff training programs within the Alignment Command Center. This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy enforcement, and leadership development.

    This role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, organizational leadership, and the ability to build systems that support a large, fast-paced, media-driven ministry environment. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in HR operations and training development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal ministry policies
    • Design and manage structured training and onboarding programs for all departments
    • Develop staff development, leadership training, and performance improvement systems
    • Monitor employee performance and coordinate evaluations and feedback processes
    • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracy
    • Address workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally and promptly
    • Partner with department leaders to identify staffing and training needs
    • Ensure alignment of all HR and training systems with ministry values and culture
    • Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives
    • Maintain compliance tracking and audit readiness for HR-related processes
    • Promote a healthy, structured, and excellence-driven workplace culture

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is highly preferred
    • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
    • Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
    • Experience developing training programs and organizational development systems
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
    • Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in a ministry, nonprofit, or large organizational setting is highly preferred
    • Personal alignment with the mission, values, and spiritual foundation of Bible Davids Ministries is essential
