Description

• We are recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support human resource operations and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation processes.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a full-cycle Human Resources role.
• Must be resident in Ikeja, Isolo, or surrounding areas in Lagos State.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
