HR and Admin Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description
- We are recruiting for the role of HR / Admin Manager who will be responsible for HR and Administrative Functions within our organization:
  - Performance Management
  - Learning and Development
  - Recruitment and Selection - Onboarding of new staff.
  - Compensation and Benefits - Payroll Management
  - HR Administration
  - Office Administration and Management of Assets - Maximize work productivity and cost efficiency.
- Must be able to develop and maintain the HR/Admin Department effectively, must have a good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Social Science, Human Resources Management or any related course of study.
- Must have 2 - 4 years Work Experience.
- Proficiency in Ms Office.
Salary Range
