As an Admin/Human Resource personnel, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources unit and the daily operation of the organisation.
You will handle tasks related to personnel records, data management, policy creation, and recruitment assistant
Job Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process.
Administration of compensation and benefits.
Creating job descriptions and advertising via effective channels.
Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staffs
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Receive and file original documents, contracts, certificates, letters, etc
Manage subcontractors/suppliers' contracts and documentation.
Generate personal leads and also close deals for the company
Qualifications and Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
1 - 3 years cognate experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
