    HR & Admin Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire an experienced HR and Admin Manager to provide HR support and guidance to the firm.
    • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, managing human resources, and ensuring efficient administrative operations for the venture firm.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company standards.
    • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely payroll processing.
    • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
    • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Support career development initiatives and succession planning strategies to nurture talent within the organization.
    • Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of supplies and equipment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional HR certifications in CIPM or other relevant certifications would be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 year of experience in core HR functions.
    • Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in a venture capital firm, fintech startup, or fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
