Only record in places where you have permission to record.
Record in commercial environments where you have access.
The goal is to submit the highest quality video data.
Guidelines
Do not radically change your behaviour; go about your normal business
Make two small adjustments to improve data recording quality
Keep your hands within the camera’s view when grabbing, carrying, or releasing anything.
Avoid extremely volatile or rapid movements
Ensure you have a proper setup
Set up the right phone angle to capture your hands in view
Only do useful tasks when recording. Don’t record yourself randomly moving your hands around
Don’t record yourself sitting idle. Don’t record yourself doing something that could not be considered work (e.g., washing your hands, drinking water, eating, etc.)
Do not record video with any explicit content (e.g., nudity, changing clothes, etc.)
