Housekeeping Manager at Culminate Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Conduct room and facility inspections.
• Handle guest feedback professionally.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of housekeeping experience (3+ years in a managerial role).
• Experience in 3–5 star hotels is a must.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and hospitality software (Opera preferred).
• Must live close to Lekki or be willing to relocate.
• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
