Hotel Operations Supervisor at Secom Limited

Job Description

• Oversees all operations for the hotel, ensuring that everything is up to par and all guests' needs are met.
• Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive
• Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
• Ensure that quality services are rendered per time
• Must be able to, achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability of all outlets.
• Maintain effective cost controls in all areas
• Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
• Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
• Deputizes for the General Manager in his absence.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in Hospitality.
