Hotel Manager at Mulitbond Ventures Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance.
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations for staff, ensuring accountability and team cohesion.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote hotel services and attract guests.
• Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to meet operational needs and financial targets.
• Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to support profitability and cost control.
• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all hotel operations.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and continuous improvement.

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND in Hotel Management or a related discipline; higher qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Candidate residing within Oyo, Awe or willing to relocate will be preferred.
