Hotel Manager at HRLeverage Africa

Our client in hotel business in highbrow of Lagos state and Ago-iwoye in Ogun state is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below: 

Location: Lagos mainland and Ago-iwoye

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.
• Keep tracks of hotel’s financials.
• Interview, hire, train and terminate staff.
• Monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are happy
• Answer guest questions about hotel services and policies
• Set budgets and room rates, allocate funds, and approve expenditures for various departments.

Qualifications:

Minimum of OND.

1-5years experience in hotel management or similar position.

Skills:

• Ability to lead a large group.
• Attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stressed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage several budgets.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

N70,000-N80,000
