• A Hostel Parent is responsible for providing care, support, and supervision to students residing in the hostel.
• The role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters students' personal growth, well-being, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Care and Support: Provide emotional support, guidance, and mentorship to students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Supervision and Safety: Ensure students' safety and well-being, enforcing hostel rules and regulations, and reporting incidents or concerns to management.
• Household Management: Assist with daily hostel operations, including supervising cleaning, laundry, and meal times.
• Communication: Liaise with students, parents, and staff to address concerns, provide updates, and promote a positive hostel environment.
• Boundary Setting: Establish and maintain healthy boundaries with students, promoting respect, discipline, and responsibility.
• Activity Planning: Organize and participate in activities that promote students' personal growth, socialization, and community engagement.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student behavior, incidents, and progress.

Working Conditions:
